[DataSci] Notes up, reading chapter 2

Thanks to Jacob for taking notes for us and putting them up on the wiki!

We're going to read Chapter 2 of ISLR and discuss in our January meeting.

We had talked about me finishing off the last of my presentation on 
classification then as well, but I think it would be better to hold off on 
that.  We'll have plenty of stuff from ISLR, and we can hit what I've got 
when we get to chapters 4 (LDA) or 10 (PCA), if we want.
